One Health Innovation Fund Africa
Catalytic financing platform — target corpus to be confirmed at formal launch.
Bridging the Funding Gap
OHIFA is a catalytic financing platform formally launched at the 4th KUKHA Conference to support research, innovation, and industrial development. It provides seed and catalytic financing for early-stage research translation, supports proof-of-concept development and prototyping, and mobilises investment for manufacturing infrastructure. Private sector investors, development finance institutions, and commercial banks are invited to participate.
Investment Tiers
Seed / Proof of Concept

Eligibility Criteria:
Energy Efficiency: Healthcare manufacturing processes powered by >70% renewable energy.
Adaptation: Solutions addressing climate-accelerated diseases (e.g., Heat-stress nephropathy, climate-driven AMR).
Sustainable Supply Chains: Localizing production to dramatically reduce Scope 3 transport emissions.
